What is the minimum stay?+

Minimum 1 month (30 days). We specialise in monthly furnished rentals for professionals and expats.

Are utilities included?+

Yes — water, electricity, and high-speed WiFi are all included. No hidden fees.

How do I book a viewing?+

What's included in the apartment?+

Everything you need: quality furniture, full kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, plates), bed linens, towels, appliances, Smart TV with soundbar, and high-speed WiFi. Just bring your suitcase.

Is there a security deposit?+

Yes, a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. It's fully refunded within 7 days of checkout, subject to a property inspection.

Can I extend my stay?+

Absolutely. Many of our guests extend their stay. Just let us know at least 2 weeks before your planned checkout and we'll confirm availability.

Is the building secure?+

Yes — 24/7 security guards, CCTV surveillance throughout the building, smart lock entry, and covered parking with security patrol. Your safety is a priority.

What's the cancellation policy?+

We require 30 days' written notice for early checkout. Your deposit is refundable subject to the property inspection.

Do you offer airport pickup?+

We can arrange airport pickup from JKIA on request. Just let us know your flight details and we'll have a driver waiting for you at arrivals.

Is cleaning included?+

Apartments are self-catering. Weekly professional cleaning is available on request for an additional fee. All apartments come with a vacuum, mop, and cleaning supplies.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer (KES and USD), and PayPal. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
